Fees: $1,395 per person.

Discounts:

  • 5% for subscribers to Reference Point
  • 5% for organizations sending three or more attendees
  • 5% if you've attended a previous Customer Reference Forum (Phoenix, Boston or San Francisco)

Refund Policy:
For cancellations at least 30 days before the Forum, Participants may receive a full refund. For cancellations within 30 days of the Forum, no refund will be issued but Participant may apply the full amount to a future event.

Please Note:
The Fall 2006 Customer Reference Forum is open by invitation only to reference program professionals and other marketing, sales, and delivery people. For information on vendor participation, please click here.
